Everyone said they were fine. Until they left.
People tell their manager, their colleagues and the survey the same thing. Voxant gives them a confidential conversation where they can say what they actually think.
A manager asks an employee: “So, how are you finding things?” She says: “Yeah… fine.” A colleague in the kitchen: “You alright?” “Fine.” On a staff survey asking how satisfied she is with her manager, she types “All fine” and submits. Later, in a team meeting: “Where’s Amira?” “She left. Started a new job.” “She’s gone?” “That’s strange… I thought everything was fine.” Title: Fine. The manager says: “Let’s ask everyone properly.” At home, an employee starts a Voxant voice interview: “Before we start, how are you doing today?” “Honestly…” Heard. Never named. An illustrative culture report follows, with synthesis, never transcripts. End card: Voxant. Trained AI voice agents that interview your whole workforce, in confidence. Hear the truth before it becomes your reality.

A short sample interview. Hear the right questions surface the risks a decision-maker has not thought about, then see it run on the business itself.
Speaker labels here are cohort labels. In a live engagement, verbatim quotes are de-identified and cohort-checked before they reach a report.
Press play to watch Beth run a short interview, and hear how the right questions surface the risks a leader has not thought about. No live AI, just a real sample.
Beth: You're three months post-completion, and the plan says the two teams are integrated. Forget the plan for a second. When something goes wrong at four on a Friday, who do people actually call?
Operations · manager tier: Their old managers. The new structure is on paper, but people default to who they trust.
Beth: So the org chart changed and the loyalties didn't. Where is that slowing the work down most?
Operations · manager tier: Handovers. Two ways of doing the same job, and nobody wants to be first to switch.
See how Daniel, Hannah, Beth or Stephen run a Voxant interview, then discuss the organisational question you would want a pilot to explore.
See Voxant in actionTransformations stall long before a tool is bought, because nobody asked the people doing the work where the real problems are.
Guessing is expensive. It burns budget, time, and the goodwill of the team you need onside. Voxant finds the problems worth solving before you spend, so the money lands where it counts.
Most vendors sell you the tool before they have found the problem or brought the workforce with them. The spend lands in the wrong place, the people who carry the work are never asked, and the project stalls.
Voxant starts with your people and the problems they live with every day. Find what is worth solving, align the workforce, then invest. That way the spend lands where it counts.

Board-level growth and AI adviser. Founder of 360 Strategy. Built through real pressure, not theory.
Built by an adviser who learned the answer was never in the tools.
Mark Evans MBA is a Scottish entrepreneur, board-level growth and AI adviser, and founder of 360 Strategy. Over more than 30 years he has built and grown ventures across marketing, technology, SaaS, deep tech and AI, bringing commercial realism to the readiness conversation.
His background spans international brand growth across multiple markets, and later building HALO, a patented edge-AI and computer-vision system deployed across nine countries. Advising boards on AI adoption and growth, he kept finding the answer was never in the tools or the executive rooms: success came from aligning employees as stakeholders in change, transformation and success. Voxant is that lesson built into a product, so decisions survive governance, delivery, culture and commercial reality.
Questions, answered.
What is Voxant?
Voxant is the people layer of your biggest decisions. Its AI voice agents interview people across your workforce, then turn what they say into board-grade synthesis: where you stand, what is holding you back, and what to do about it. Voxant can run end to end on the platform, producing the report and a recommended set of actions, or you can add a Voxant consultant for human oversight, input and deeper interpretation at every stage.
How does Voxant actually work?
It works the same way whatever the question. Our voice agents interview your workforce by voice, below the executive layer where the plan actually gets delivered. The platform synthesises what they say into board-grade evidence with verbatim quotes, and you get a decision-ready report sequenced into what to do next, whether the question is a deal, your culture, or an AI rollout.
What does the report contain?
A clear read of where you stand, the patterns that need attention, and where the exposure really sits, in the workforce's own words. What it covers depends on what you commissioned: deal-grade people evidence, a culture and retention read, or AI readiness. Findings separate evidence from interpretation, with a sequenced set of actions and separate board, manager and delivery-team views.
How do you protect privacy and handle our data under GDPR?
Interviews are confidential and the reporting is aggregated, so individual responses are not attributed to named people in your organisation. Voxant is a UK product processed under UK GDPR, how access and retention work and the providers involved are set out on the trust page, and people are told up front how their input is used and that they can stop at any time. Voxant never makes hiring, performance or other employment decisions; it gathers and presents evidence for humans to act on.
What is the difference between the platform and consultant-supported options?
Both produce the same board-grade report and recommended actions. The platform tier produces it end to end. The consultant-supported tier adds a Voxant consultant providing human oversight, input and deeper interpretation at every stage, validating and enriching what Voxant produces rather than replacing it.
