Founder and history

Why we built Voxant.

Voxant was built from lived experience, not theory.

Founder Mark Evans has spent three decades building and growing ventures across marketing, AV, deep tech, edge AI, SaaS and transformation. His experience is not limited to AI theory or software prototypes: he has built, commercialised and scaled patented products across nine countries, including edge-AI and computer-vision technology.

That background matters because Voxant is shaped by the realities of deployment: product-market pressure, data quality, reseller and licensing models, operational adoption, board-level risk and the gap between what technology can do and what organisations are ready to absorb.

More recently, through 360 Strategy, Mark has carried out board-level AI readiness audits, mobilisation work and advisory projects with businesses trying to understand where AI should begin, where it could fail, and how people respond when change becomes real.

The same lesson kept appearing. The answer was never in the tools or the executive rooms: success came from aligning employees as stakeholders in change, transformation and success. Voxant was built to bring that evidence to decision-makers.

Voxant entered private beta in 2026, working with selected UK organisations to validate the platform before wider commercial release.

The path into Voxant.

  1. 1

    Built from lived experience

Mark has spent three decades building and growing ventures across marketing, AV, deep tech, edge AI, SaaS and transformation.

  2. 2

Deep tech in the real world

He has built and commercialised patented products, including edge-AI and computer-vision technology, and scaled them across nine countries.

  3. 3

    The repeated lesson

Through 360 Strategy, advising boards on AI adoption and growth, the same lesson kept appearing: success was never in the tools, it was in whether employees were aligned as stakeholders in the change.

The belief behind Voxant

Hear the honest truth about your people, not the version that survives a survey.

The people doing the work know where the plan will break before leadership does.
Honesty needs real anonymity, not a named box on a form.
A performative questionnaire measures what is safe to say, not what is true.
You hear the workforce itself, not a convenient sample of it.
Every voice counts the same, whether the decision is a deal, a culture or an AI rollout.
Trust is engineered into the process, so people tell you what they actually think.
