People as stakeholders

Trust is earned.
So is the truth.

No performative online questionnaires. Just the truth you need. Voxant replaces the survey with a confidential 30-minute conversation with a warm interviewer that says what it is. The honesty is earned by engineering: no manager sees who spoke, what was said, or who declined; every voice feeds the synthesis, but no quote is ever published that could identify a group of fewer than five; and the employer sees synthesis, never transcripts. What comes back is the truth in your people's own words, ready to act on.

People as stakeholders

You measure every stakeholder except the one that delivers the plan.

Customers get NPS. Investors get board packs. The market gets dashboards. The workforce, the stakeholder group that turns every strategy into something real, gets a survey it doesn't trust and a score nobody quite believes. Treat people the way you'd treat any stakeholder that matters: ask them properly, protect them while they answer, and act on what they tell you. That's what People and Culture is for, and it's the hinge every other plan turns on.

Surveys fail both trust tests.

Employees don't trust surveys enough to be honest. Leaders can't trust the results enough to act. Everyone in the room knows both things. The deck gets presented anyway.

The score says 7.8. The corridor says otherwise.

People answer surveys the way they answer appraisals. Carefully.

They write what's survivable, not what's true, and a soft number gets presented as if it were a hard one.

By the third reminder, you're measuring obedience.

When managers chase completions, the response rate goes up and the signal goes out of it. Forced feedback is noise with a response rate.

Everyone discounts the data. Nobody agrees the discount.

Leaders know the numbers are soft, so they act on instinct dressed as evidence, or they stop acting at all. Soft data doesn't just fail; it teaches the board to stop listening.

The people who see it first say it last.

Your sharpest early-warning system sits nowhere near the survey's comment box. A named text box is where honesty goes to be redrafted.

Leading by listening

Step out of the room and hear the business itself.

The higher you sit, the more filtered the truth becomes. By the time it reaches the executive room it's been rounded up, softened and made survivable. Voxant gives leaders a way to hear the organisation directly, without a layer of management deciding what's safe to pass on.

A leader who commissions the work, listens to what comes back, and shares the synthesis with the very people who provided it changes what measurement is for: something done with the workforce, in the open, with the receipts shown. That's the difference between a survey programme and a trust programme.

Two ways to listen

Change and Pulse.

The same protected conversation, pointed at two different questions. Change is for the organisation in motion, when a transformation, restructure or new operating model has to actually take hold. Pulse is for the organisation over time, the steady read on how people are really doing. Both are built for people and culture and grounded in established HR practice. They are currently available to selected organisations through the Voxant private beta.

Change

When the organisation is changing, hear whether it will land.

Most change programmes are measured by what leadership hopes is happening. Change runs confidential interviews across the people actually being asked to change, and tells you what's true on the ground: where readiness is real and where it's performance, who's carrying the change and who's quietly waiting it out, and what has to shift before the plan can hold. It reads change the way people live it, through awareness, willingness, capability and reinforcement, so you can act before a stalled rollout becomes a failed one.

Readiness and resistance, cohort by cohort
Sponsorship strength, and where it's thinner than the plan assumes
Psychological safety: whether people feel able to name the real blockers
The specific changes needed before adoption, in people's own words
A people module, grounded in HR practice
Pulse

The rest of the time, keep listening.

Culture isn't an annual event, so Pulse isn't an annual survey. It's a repeatable, confidential conversation that tells you how people genuinely see the organisation: what's working, what's quietly eroding trust, and whether the values on the wall match the ones people live by. Run it across the whole organisation or a single team, as often as the questions warrant, and watch the themes move over time instead of guessing at a number.

How people really see the organisation, in their own words
Engagement and morale, and the direction they're heading
Values alignment: what's stated against what's lived
An early line on trust, long before it shows up in attrition
A people module, grounded in HR practice
How we compare

Where Voxant sits in the employee-survey market.

The tools people reach for to know how a workforce feels are good at the job they are built for: measuring engagement continuously, across a whole organisation, turned into dashboards a People team can track over time. Voxant is built for a different job. It is commissioned to answer a specific question at a specific moment, and it answers with a protected conversation and a piece of board-grade evidence rather than a score to watch. This is about approach and purpose, not who is better.

Your HRIS keeps the record. Voxant hears the truth.

Voxant works alongside the platforms UK and US organisations already run, using your existing organisation data to design interview cohorts and route invitations. Nothing to rip out, nothing to migrate. Certified connectors are in development, and early partners help decide which ship first.

How we protect the speaker

Honesty you can trust, because it's engineered.

Every safeguard is a mechanism, not a promise. No manager sees who spoke, what was said, or who declined. No quote is ever published that could identify a group of fewer than five, and no group that small gets its own breakout line; those answers still count towards the whole-organisation findings. The employer sees synthesis with verbatim quotes, never transcripts, and no interview ever feeds an employment decision. People speak plainly because nothing can be traced back to them, and that's exactly why you can put weight on what they say.

The output

See what comes back.

A culture report is board-grade evidence: the themes, the movement, and verbatim quotes from across the organisation, with the speaker protected at every step. Read a sample before you commit to anything.
