Become a Voxant Founding Pilot Partner
Voxant is entering controlled private beta.
We are inviting a small number of UK organisations to use the platform in a real organisational setting before wider commercial release.
Selected pilot partners will receive a fully supported Voxant engagement with no platform or licence fee within the agreed pilot scope.
In return, we ask you to help us test the experience, challenge the reporting and tell us what needs to improve.
Applications are reviewed for suitability. Extra consultancy or work outside the agreed pilot scope will only be undertaken where it has been agreed separately.
What you get
A Voxant pilot gives you access to the core process we are building for wider commercial deployment.
Your people take part in confidential AI-led voice interviews around an agreed organisational question. Voxant brings those conversations together into structured findings that help leadership understand what is happening across the organisation, where views agree or diverge, and what may need attention.
Depending on the agreed pilot, this may include:
- confidential AI voice interviews across agreed teams or cohorts
- anonymised organisational findings
- evidence of recurring themes, barriers and areas of agreement
- board or leadership-level synthesis
- structured recommendations and next steps
- direct involvement from the Voxant team throughout the pilot
Raw employee transcripts are not provided to the client organisation.

Voxant is currently in private beta. The technology is operational, although it needs to be tested against real organisations, workforce dynamics and leadership questions before wider commercial release.
Pilot partners help us identify what works, what needs refinement and what leaders genuinely find useful. Your organisation receives meaningful workforce evidence. We receive the product evidence and structured feedback needed to improve Voxant.
That is the exchange.
What we ask from pilot partners
We are looking for organisations willing to engage properly with the process. That means:
- a genuine organisational question worth investigating
- an executive sponsor
- an agreed participant group
- willingness to brief employees clearly about the pilot
- structured feedback from leadership after the engagement
- willingness to discuss what worked and what should improve
Any use of an organisation's name, results or experience in a public case study requires separate written agreement. Participation does not require the organisation to become a paying customer afterwards.
Who we are looking for
The strongest pilot organisations will normally have enough complexity for different perspectives to exist across teams or levels.
We are particularly interested in UK organisations dealing with:
- AI adoption
- digital or operational transformation
- organisational change
- employee engagement
- workflow or productivity problems
- leadership concerns that conventional surveys are struggling to explain
AI Readiness is the priority route for the first cohort. Organisations with roughly 100 to 1,000 employees are likely to provide the most useful first setting, although suitability will be assessed case by case.
We will select pilots where Voxant can be used safely, meaningfully and within the capabilities of the current beta.
